The USO is all about making sure that America's military service members have everything they need to stay connected to their loved ones, home, and country while they're serving our great nation. For an incredible 80 years, the USO has been the nation's leading organization, serving the amazing men and women in the U.S. military and their families throughout their time in uniform. From the moment they join, through their assignments and deployments, and as they transition back to their communities, the USO is there for them every step of the way! The amazing Bob Hope USO Airport Centers are made possible by over 500 dedicated volunteers, each with their own unique skills and contributions. From helping a soldier with a connecting flight to distributing a care package, serving snacks with a smile, providing local information, or "welcoming home" troops from deployment, volunteers are the heart and soul of the USO. While the duties of a volunteer may vary, the goal is always the same: to improve the quality of life of service members, boost their morale, and serve as the link between service members and the American people.
