The Boys & Girls Clubs of Oakland aims to turn local youth into positive contributors to society. To accomplish this goal, BGCO provides programs and services tailored to meet the distinct needs of today’s youth, complementing the efforts of families, schools, and other community organizations. To fulfill this mission, BGCO needs to attract and retain a group of caring and committed volunteers from various backgrounds to support our professional staff.
