We encourage girls to embrace joy, health, and confidence through a playful, experiential curriculum that skillfully integrates running. Girls on the Run, a 501(c)3 youth development program, combines an engaging curriculum with running to inspire pre-teen girls to value self-respect and adopt healthy lifestyles. The core curriculum focuses on multiple aspects of girls' development, covering physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being. The lessons empower girls with the knowledge and skills to make positive life choices and avoid risky behaviors. Volunteer Opportunities Become a Coach Coaches are the heart of our program!
