LOS ANGELES REGIONAL FOOD BANK

We are dedicated to rallying resources to fight hunger in our community. Providing food today and ensuring food security for tomorrow. We acquire and distribute nutritious food and other necessary items to those in need through our network of partner agencies and direct programs. We encourage community involvement in hunger relief and advocate for public policies that support our efforts through education and awareness initiatives. Volunteering at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank is one of the best volunteer opportunities in LA. By donating a few hours of your time, you’ll help us provide food for the 2 million people in Los Angeles County who face food insecurity. Volunteers help us by boxing, sorting and gleaning food that is later distributed through our network of more than 600 agency partners to our neighbors in need.
