Our mission is to fight heart disease and stroke and to help families and communities prosper. Youth and young adults aged 13 and up can take part in our mission by volunteering for advocacy, direct service, peer education, or philanthropic efforts. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Ready to volunteer? We invite you to complete the survey and invite your network to submit their data. We hope to create the world's largest research study on heart health, especially for women. Support Heart Patients and Caregivers Help caregivers or someone living with a heart or stroke condition by submitting blog posts through our online Support Network and share your medical story, experiences, offer tips and insights. Teach Your Community Healthy Habits Facilitate Healthy for Life Educational Experiences through healthy cooking demonstrations, shopping skills presentations, nutrition and heart health workshops to help everyone learn about healthy eating. Cycle for Heart and Brain Health Join a community of cyclists to help fund life-saving stroke and heart research.
