Our goal is to combat heart disease and stroke, ensuring the health and success of families and communities. Starting at age 13, youth and young adults can volunteer to advocate, serve directly, educate peers, or engage in philanthropic activities to support our mission. Support Heart Patients and Caregivers Help caregivers or someone living with a heart or stroke condition by submitting blog posts through our online Support Network and share your medical story, experiences, offer tips and insights. Teach Your Community Healthy Habits Facilitate Healthy for Life Educational Experiences through healthy cooking demonstrations, shopping skills presentations, nutrition and heart health workshops to help everyone learn about healthy eating. Cycle for Heart and Brain Health Join a community of cyclists to help fund life-saving stroke and heart research.
